The time is now 9:00 p.m. Saturday night. This dealership waited 1 extra hour after closing for me due to arrive and 2 extra hours due to my insurance company not answering because of website outage “down for maintenance.” I searched over 5 dealers for the same car and total cost for the same type of TESLA and I got a deal that gives me extra money a month to spend inside budget. IF YOU DONT KNOW YOU BETTER COME DOWN AND ASK SOMEBODY FOR A CAR TODAY.

I had an amazing experience with NJ Auto Mall Sales and I’m so grateful for how understanding and helpful they were throughout the entire process. They actually stayed open late for me and even waited over an hour just so I could come look at the car, which already showed me how much they truly care about their customers.What made things even more stressful was that I was having a really hard time getting in touch with my insurance company. I spent so much time trying to reach them, and not being able to get anyone on the phone made the situation very frustrating and overwhelming. At that point, I was worried the deal would fall through or that I wouldn’t be able to move forward.Instead of making me feel rushed or turning me away, the team at NJ Auto Mall Sales remained patient, kind, and supportive the entire time. They understood how stressful the situation was and still went above and beyond to help me. They turned what could have been a very stressful and disappointing experience into a smooth and positive one.
