We greatly appreciated the way the team here took care of us, staying late because we got there late, getting paperwork started remotely so the in-person process could be expedited, and--perhaps best--avoiding hidden fees. The advertised price was what they charged, which is certainly not always the case with internet pricing. I did not get the impression that everyone on the team was a gearhead. They rely on their contractors and suppliers to get the cars ready to go, so they weren't deeply knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at. And of course, I was always conscious that their goal was to wrap up the conversation by selling me a car. However, they did this in a humane and respectful way. Thanks for a great experience!

Traveled from NY for an amazing deal and even better looking BMW. I didn’t even test drive the car once I walked in I was greeted and the treatment was top tier. I had to cancel other plans due to travel time but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love how the car rides. I bought a mechanic with me and he was suprised with the condition of the overall vehicle. I highly recommend NJ Auto Sales.

I am beyond please to have stumbled by NJ Auto Sales. I am deaf and I can not express the service I was provided. Even though the dealer was soooo busy they gave me the time I needed. Showed me several options and got me the best deal. They had people coming from all over and now I understand why. They are honest and have the cleanest inventory out there. NJ Auto Sales itself was amazing! So many options and at great prices but Sandy was above and beyond! We went to many places trying to find a car in 4 days after ours was deemed totalled and this place was the best!!! So accommodating and easy to work with! The process itself from looking at the car one day to buying it the next took less than an hour of our time total! She was on top of things and ready for us! We are so happy with our new car that they had to wash twice before I came due to a rain shower haha, and it was so appreciated! The car is beautiful and ready for its new home with us and we are in love! I will also add we have a 3 year old and they were so accommodating with him as well it made it such an easy experience!
